As Assistant Principal of Heritage Lakes School, Mrs. Brittany Frederick is committed to partnering with students, families, and staff to uphold the school's tradition of academic excellence and strong community engagement.
With experience teaching multiple elementary grade levels, mentoring new educators, and supporting curriculum analysis and implementation, Mrs. Frederick brings a passion for helping every student succeed and develop a lifelong love of learning. She earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Child Advocacy Studies from Winona State University, a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University, and a second master's degree in Educational Leadership from Aurora University. She also holds endorsements in mathematics, reading, learning behavior specialist, and educational leadership.
Mrs. Frederick believes every student deserves to feel valued, safe, and inspired to reach their fullest potential. Working alongside the dedicated Heritage Lakes staff, she is committed to fostering a positive learning environment where students are supported academically, socially, and emotionally.
